By accessing or using ScanMyGEO (scanmygeo.com), operated by Bay Area Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

Service Description

ScanMyGEO is an AI visibility audit tool that checks whether your business appears in AI-generated search results. The service queries AI engines with searches relevant to your business name, industry, and location, then provides a visibility score, letter grade, and actionable recommendations.

ScanMyGEO is an informational and diagnostic tool. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in AI search rankings, traffic, or revenue as a result of using our service or implementing our recommendations. AI search results are controlled by third-party platforms and are subject to change without notice.

Account and Data

ScanMyGEO does not require you to create an account. Scans and purchases are linked to the email address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive your results and any purchased reports.

You represent that you have the authority to submit scans for the business you are scanning. You agree not to use ScanMyGEO to scan businesses you do not own or have authorization to audit.

Services and Payments

ScanMyGEO offers the following services:

• Free Scan — A complimentary AI visibility score and letter grade. No payment required.
• Fix Package ($49, one-time) — A comprehensive report with competitor analysis, copy-paste JSON-LD code, AI-optimized FAQ items, meta description rewrites, and content recommendations. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Done-for-You ($499, one-time) — A professional service engagement where Bay Area Systems implements the Fix Package recommendations on your website, including 30 days of AI visibility monitoring.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy on the Fix Package. If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us at support@scanmygeo.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

The Done-for-You service is a custom service engagement. Refund eligibility for this service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any concerns before or during the engagement.

Intellectual Property

The ScanMyGEO platform, branding, code, and design are the property of Bay Area Systems. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the ScanMyGEO application.

Content generated for you as part of a Fix Package or Done-for-You service — including JSON-LD code, FAQ items, meta descriptions, and content outlines — is yours to use freely on your own website. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all generated deliverables.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScanMyGEO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Scan results will be 100% accurate or complete
• Implementing our recommendations will result in specific AI ranking improvements
• AI search platforms will continue to operate in the same manner

AI visibility scores are based on queries run at a specific point in time. Results may vary as AI models and search algorithms evolve.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay Area Systems and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ScanMyGEO, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to ScanMyGEO shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ScanMyGEO to:

• Submit false or misleading business information
• Scan businesses you do not own or have authorization to audit
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service
• Resell scan results or Fix Package content without authorization

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ScanMyGEO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
